EVALUATION & STRATEGIC PLANNING
We work with organizations and departments within organizations to clarify mission, goals and strategic direction for achieving those goals. We will help you move forward from your current stage of planning by articulating systemic barriers and opportunities, understanding your assets and finding leverage points at which you can work to change the system.
RESEARCH
We consult with organizations and institutions to clarify research needs in areas associated with sustainability, food systems and environmental issues. We develop presentations and reports that scan external factors and current trends affecting your mission; review the state of practice, knowledge and policy on specific topics; and clarify opportunities for action relevant to your objectives.
EDUCATION
We consult with academic institutions and organizations to assess and develop educational programs on sustainability by articulating the specific skills and knowledge outcomes that people will have after taking advantage of your educational program, and developing an integrated curriculum to impart those skills and outcomes. Our educational approach is experiential, problem-based, interdisciplinary and student-oriented.
